The business development process involves multiple technologies designed for business development. Business development is based on evaluating work and maximizing what can be achieved through the recruitment of marketing, sales, information management as well as the quality provided. All these tasks are the focus of the business development manager.It is common to know the business development manager as an economist and business planner. He is responsible for taking advantage of the opportunities available, which supports the company's competitive and economic situation, and we all recognize that the success of the institutions and companies is basically based on the good knowledge of the best applied methods and theories of management .Business development managers hide behind them, usually creativity and innovation, so that they make important decisions related to work and structure to come new or based on an old update. In any case, he is connected to large companies with the highest authority in marketing and sales.Tasks of Business Development Manager:* Know the prevailing economic conditions related to the type of work done by the company, such as competition.* Conducting intensive market studies before starting any project and continuing to gather information with the life of the project or trade.* Prepare a business plan in detail to ensure that the company's goals do not deviate.* Ensure adequate financial segregation for future expansion.* Contact with experts to obtain professional information from them, including contact with accountants or lawyers in the industry.* Attend the workshops, trade shows and presentations to ensure that you know what is new about your business.• Conduct a continuous analysis of the company's situation based on the SWOT analysis in order to prepare a more accurate strategic plan.
