No professional joins a new outfit to create problems for his/ her employer. And it is a proven fact that employees tend to stay longer at a workplace which provides them the opportunity contribute qualitatively towards achieving the organizational goals and objectives. What is important to understand here, is that there should be absolute transparency during the hiring process which will make the employee to clearly understand all that is required before he takes a mature decision. If that is done and still the new employee beats around the bush, then it is a personal kind of a problem concerning one individual and certainly not a TREND.
