Does a C.V should include photo of the applicant? Don't you think it increases the chances of being Bias ?

Yes,  You are right... in some of countries it's not recommended to put your picture on your resume...

I don't think so. The CV is run through a program to hit on key words. If the CV is chosen to review it's just for experience and knowlege. The only way a picture would be detrimental is if it conveys immaturity, like being dressed up like a clown. Or if it's sloppy, which conveys inattention to detail.
