The basic principle of Analytical School of Jurisprudence is 'Law as is' and whereas the Natural schol it is 'Law ought to be'. Analytical school of Jurisprudence is the man made law which are our Legislations, Acts and Statutes and in case of Natural school of Jurisprudence, it is Divine Law, Just naturale, Law made by GOD, so no intervention of human.Analytical school of Jurisprudence is also called as Positive school of Jurisprudence. My 2 cents. Thanks.
