The turnover regards to the human resource meanns from an organisation  how many got in and how many got out from the organization in ayear 

                  If the number of employee is more  who left the organization than who joined the organization is not at all good for the organization regards to the increase in cost  which effect the profitablity of the organization

     So the organization has to hire the employees who have  the quality of productivity and who can work for a longer period of time with the organization 

          The organization has to hire the  people who have the caliber to handle the whole team  and who can motivate his team to work as the group to accomplish their group goals and objectives  with in a pre determined time period 

          The organization has to hire the employees who  can adjust into the organization work envoirnment  and perform for his organization and also for himself  which will yield him and the organization in which he work some benefits  for him loke salary hike, promotion  additional monetary and non monetary benefit and also for the oprganization goowill, prestige , increase in market share
