There is no easy path for taking a course. if you really like technology or devices, you might find this enjoyable and for a glimpse of an eye, you didn't notice that you are already graduating. and also, in our modern world, this course is in demand, because almost of all the things we see are computerized or operated through advance technology.

I apologize this is not my feild

Definitely is not a easy work, superior mathematics, physics will be an serious issue if you are not well prepare. The background of maths and physics will be very important, if you are not good in this , this university is not for you. For the people with talent and good base in this matter will be interesting. In my opinion must have "a call" for this kind of technical university.

If your good in math and physics it should be fine, if you struggle in these subjects it will be very hard. All they can really test you on in most of these course is the math behind the theory, so a strong math background will definitely help. In any engineering you will actually solve problems using differential equations.

Well, it's Engineering. You'll have to be prepared to work hard, and prioritize (work smarter, more efficiently). Actual material difficulty is subjective. Depending on which school you go to, curriculum can be different.

Computer engineering is normally split into Hardware and Software, and you get to specialize in one or the other. Software engineering is just what it sounds like: developing software systems for various applications (different from Computer science, where you develop algorithms and work on other programming related challenges which Software engineers use for their own purposes). Hardware probably focuses on the inner workings of computer hardware
