What are the main impacts of feminism in Eastern and Western societies and in what ways do you think that feminism has changed the modern workplace?

The Changes in the feminst society has reached to the Peak level in terms of Political, Cultural, Societical influence over the past few decades. There has been eminent leaders who had changed the fate of particular society. Representation in all the segments of the work and eduction has led to the transformation thus same values have led to equal oppurtunity in work and at home

The basic change which brings in the western and western societies is the change in the perception of people about women as before that women were perceived as an object not as a whole being.  So after change in the perception of people, they realized to have sphere for women also as they can do as men but they are kept away from such opportunities and resources, therefore their representation invisible in most of the field of life but when the opportunities provide to them perform well as men. As when someone does something than they get experience and develop their knowledge  about it similarly women as they had no experience in the past so they have no knowledge and considered themselves incapable of doing it but when got exposure to practical  field they got a lot.  

First thing is the perception of an individual when you change his perception to become neutral than you may agree influence, so regarding gender empowerment and development feminist also did so.

Feminism also brought the women experiences and roles to front and gives them a positive representation in every field of life and also reject and disprove such notions and ideas which kept women away from being active member of the society.

The feminism changed the world through different legislation according to the regional and geographical status and through different initiatives which aim to bring awareness.

According to my point of view the great role which played feminism is the introduction of gender studies as an academic field as it bring a lot of changes in family, societies and states and even in the whole globe. 

The  process of social change is dynamics but it depends upon you that in which direction you direct them, so the gender studies play a vital role in this regard and trying to become the change in the society as gendered friendly and gendered neutral.

Basically feminism is not movement for females rights but as well as males. the change which bring through feminism is social and economic empowerment of women. But still we are on process phase.

With Women Excelling in each sphere, feminism has brought the world to a different new level of sucess and growth.

They made every thing equal either in polictics or science or legislation and are enjoying more rights that they had before in past.

It is said that behind every successful man there is a woman. Hence, for a successfull and complete society and country as a whole is very important. Great women from both eastern societies like Mother Teressa, Pratibha Patil, Benezar bhutto have positively impacted the society by dedicating their lives for betterment of the country.

Western world is also largerly developed due to education and equality for women at work as well as at home. 

With equal work opportunities and fundamental rights even women employees can make the change in work place, politics and home.

Sience has proven that women's brain is more capable of deal with details more than men at any given task which gives her an upper hand on jobs that meet this description. Also, Modern workpalce tends to pay more attention to create more friendly and highly ethical working enviroments  by includinig females compared to male domincated environments. 

The gender diversity emerged new ideas to the company  and in addition to that because men are usually considered to be better than women and have the higher positions that's why women work harder to prove themselves which helps the company improve and it's economy become better.

I belive the biggest impact and change that feminism brought along when introduced to the workplace in Eastern and Western sociesties, was the enhancement to its economies. Jobs were created, new ideas were emerging and a better future is being built.
