their are many diseases linked to poor solid waste managment , some are associated with insect breeding such as diseases transmited by flys ( diarrhea , food poisining , amoebiasis , ophthalmia , etc) .
others are associated with gases accure from burning or fermentation of waste ( Athma , Pneumonia , Sinusitis ,etc ) .
Direct contact with waste is also a reason of skin disease or allergy and physical harm and cuts .

And because several parties are involved in prevention of diseases, it requires a 'Master Plan' to ban diseases from a country, especially when the diseases are caused by the national waste discipline.
