I agree with everyone its quite sticky situation for anyone who joins a company and new to marketing and sales and then there is huge target to achieve with a closing a deadline of30 days.

Every boss will push you to limits to achieve it . These could be smart ways to get very close to your target.

1) Every human being has a emotional angle so if you have tried everything still there is no chance try to become emotional with client and make him /her understand as they feel the product is satisfactory they should help him/her with a sale otherwise he has to search a new job. (In Sales and Marketing everything if fair like in love and war)

2) If all your efforts still doesnt fetch a sale try to get a LOI - that is Letter of Intent from customer which will make sure the sale is very near and that is commitment from client for buying the product.

3) Try to give Discount stories like if you buy this month we are offering a special price and next month onwards IT MAY go up. Dont be affirmative it will surely go up (because its a story which is created just to lure customer/client in it)

so I guess all above ways will surely be good experience for the candidate , beneficial for company and would surely be job saving.

First and utmost thing is that you have been selected for the given challenge and it proves that the employer / boss has confidence in you and your skill sets.

Take up the challenge and put in your best within the professionalism frame work.

Progress will start and the goal will be closer to be achieved with may be some variance on time line. Seeing the good progress also builds up the confidence level of the reviewer / employer / boss.

Do not loose patience and one must put in their best as all activities put behind to achieve is visible to all concerned. Good progress towards achieveing a goal is accepted and allowed to be closed with some variance in time line.

It is very hard to beleive any one asking to give up at the fag end of closing a big deal and to restart the process with a new comer !

A very interesting situation indeed.

You can try promoting your service through its uniqueness and its beneficial results by fixing a nominal booking amount/limited period offer to your clients. You can tell them since your company is the first-of-its-kind to launch this one-of-a-kind service, you are offering a special rate to your clients by this limited period offer. This way, even if they pay a small booking amount, your present Manager will certainly appreciate your ability to rope in new clients in the short time frame that you have. You could also drop hints of the price of this service doubling up and being replicated poorly by competition in the coming few days with your clients to push your product through.

Introducing new product in B2B market is quite very lucrative and very potential too. B2B clients always look forward for new product to lauch them first in market. Launching first in market can make them ahead of the  competition and they can make good profit margins also. One month is quite suffiecient time to get orders from your B2B partners and give them some price discounts as early bird discounts.Tell your cleints that you are not selling product but you are selling opportunity & benefits to become number one. Your product range would be more. moreover your presence would be global. Being a prtner with the global product you will get to learn and manage many things.Take orders in advance even LOI to show your boss that you have the potencial to sell product in market.
