I think you are refferring to .NET Master page, of PowerPoint Master Slide
Excel doe not have Master sheet
Excel is not made for printing out
If you want somestuff shared accross sheet, you will need to use formulas
Like in Sheet1, type in Sheet1!C1 to show cell C2 from Sheet2
If you want to print things on all pages, you can use header and footer
