What is more important in a company: human resources or financial resources?

We can have human resources only when we have financial resources.

Also only human resources can create financial resources.

so both are inter dependent, therefore both are equally important. Thanks.

It is like asking , which one of the 2 eyes are important. To me it is both.

Human resources is more important, how? Because the company use money and material factors (and non material factors) to motivate workers. So, the financial resources serve the human resources.

well as for my point of view the most important things Human Resourse as compare Financial resourse becausce HR people lead front of company they acquire the bussniess from out side the company after next step automatically satart financila resource  so finally i called made for eachother.

Human resources because human recouces are generating financial resources

Any company invest in human resources it actually increase it profit . A good employee will maximize the profit by aplaying knowledge and his skills that he earn in past years .

sure , Human Resources(HR) very important  more than Financial Resources (FR),  through  HR we can forme  others departments  in the Company
