Generally they have their disclosure and warning messages and notes before they telecast the serial's and as such they conveniently careful in defending as it is no fault of their for the acts involved by the children while imitating the scenes as they claim it is the responsibility of the parents or gaurdians. This is not the solution. The damage done by the accident will not be remedied by suing Pokeman Go.
It's better to advise the children, not to play the game or use any tablet / phone while driving on the roads.

I think can't, because basically the children's' life care is the main responsibility of their parents, so the parents must prevent their children to install this dangerous game.

No they can't sue for Pokemon Go(Read the terms and Condition First before playing) rather then they can stop there children to went through an accident by means of advice, to make them understand it's dangers.
Not at all! How can they sue Pokemon Go for their loss? It is a game and it is meant for entertainment.
