Who has to prepare Method Statements at Site? Construction Team or QA QC Department?

Site construction team will be preparing the method statement and the QA QC will be reviewed before submission.

METHOD STATEMENT SHOULD BE PREPARED BY CONSTRUCTION TEAM AND VERIFIED BY PLANNIG DEPARTMENT

Method statement will be prepared by the construction team with the help of engineering department and Quality and Safety will review and suggest required correction and include omissions if any.

Method Statements are elaborate documents prepared.These cover the complete methodology of work at site.It is prepared by Construction Team and vetted/cleared for acceptance by QC/QA.

Method Statement is prepared by QA/QC as per material approval, project specification and requirements and site construction team will implement on site.

The Construction Team to be reviewed by the QAQC Department.

QALQC Engineers should prepare method statements of all works in the site

Construction Team coordination with QA/Qc 

QA/QC Department has to prepare Method statment for site team 

The construction team should prepare method statement at Site and QA/QC should review this and get approval to work.

QA/QC responsible for preparing method of statements, site construction team responsible for implementation.
