Corporate credit is large size loans normaly extended to limited companies for various needs like BMR, expansion, acquisition and even working capital.

 

SME loans is exteded to SMEs mainly for working capital but it can be for construction/purchase of building or purchase of machinery. These loans are small in size and are cashflow based.

 

Syndicate loans are huge in size and more than one bank pool their resources to finance a syndicate loan . The purpose of syndicate loan can be erection of a new plant, financing a new project etc.

 

Commercial loans are medium size loans exteded for trade finance, working capital or for commodity operations.
