There should be first a budget plan before the trainings to be conducted. All of which can be broken down until the minimal details in order to eliminate the less important things. The training should also focus on certain areas so as not to waste the time of the the trainees and of the company. Effective cost estimation and training plans are the key aspect of cost effective and beneficial trainings.

By giving you worker the enough time to gain what he or she needs from the training, it would be cost effective. Also, the worker should take notes and try as much to emblemnt what he or she gains into the job.
