عشره سنوات عمل على ثلاث فترات واخر فتره كانت عامين بعد ان كنت قضيت عامين خارج الشركه فهل تحتسب مكافأه نهايه الخدمه للفتره كامله ام لاخر عامين عمل فقط؟
