elaborate and explain the benifits and usage of the product. explain how it will easily help to their everyday living. it will be easier for them to understand if both exchange and share thoughts of what they need and needs to be given.

Initially learn about the product being sold in and out, be a pro at the knowledge and then briefly explain on how the product was produced and the benefits it brings if used. Inform the advantages the product has at its introductory stage and also give hints or highlights on how the product will be improved in the coming stages and how useful it shall be overall.

First of all you must know what product you are selling. Try to learn and make some strategies on how you can market your products. Understand what you are selling so that you will be confident and be able to explain it clearly and understandably to the customers. Don't just think to have more sales for your benefit. Every product has an impact and uses in our lives. So, know the customer's need and explain how it will benefit them. Always say Thank you even the customer is just passing by. Remember don't judge the outside look of the customer. You must treat the customer fairly and justly because sometimes there are customers who are not intended to buy but just because the salesperson is good at the end they are buying something.

Produckt knowledge is important, as a sale person if you can nail this 80% of your job is complete. 

One of my sales tools, is to create fear of loss/sheep factor. 

You can establish this, by reffereing to how many other people have bought the product, you can also create a fear of loss, by making them feel like they would be missing out on this product, if they do not purchase it.
