It is a procedure done in immature permanent teeth with necrotic pulp where the root apex is not closed.Conventional root canal therapy followed by placement of non setting calcium hydroxide or mineral trioxide aggregate into the canal for a period of time until a calcific bridge is formed at the apex .Once the apex is closed obturation of canal with permanent material is done.

it's a dental treatment procudere done on immature tooth (specially first molair) to continue it's growth (fermeture of the root apex ) after getting infected and the pulp is necrotic. It's done with CA(OH)2 or MTA which is renewed every month till the apex fermeture.
