It is depend on nature of business. If organization related with Media industry then please goahead with Mac. If it is related with civil construction then goahead with Microsoft and if you want to check realtime status then please goahead with Linux.....

Even Google Chrome is also a very good operating system but this operating system is cloud base.

suse linux flavour are excellent to use. newer version are user friendly like windows. If you looking for server level SLES11SP3 is excellent

FYI:- SLES charge a small subscription fee, but it worth for that
