While true that EXP can replace certificates and specialized degrees, do you think that the time spent studying can be called an EXP itself?

Studies are mostly theoretical, so there is a large difference between it and actually doing the job and seeing for yourself as to what it feels like to handle responsibility or how to deal with a certain situation; experience is almost an irreplaceable commodity.
