the only common thing between these two majors is engineering (a little bit) . otherwise both are very different from each other. if someone has an interest in both then Master in industrial managment would be more preferable than other one. As basied on skill and experience , becoming project manager is very possible but in another major , becomng CEO in Govt organisation is bit tough .
