Accounting and Finance displayed the highest growth rate in the UAE’s job market last year according to a Gulf News report.  The latest Robert Half salary guide demonstrates there was an average increase of 4.4% in UAE accounting and finance salaries year 2012 to 2013. The same article states that the highest demand and compensation will be for at audit, risk, compliance and regulatory specialists. A recent article from the Khaleej Times projects a 3.5% increase in the UAE economy for 2014, with the greatest benefits going to accounting and finance professionals who will receive salary increases of up to 5%.
