How can I raise funding for a real state project I want to start?

This is a good and useful question, I wish to find acceptable answer

Well its not difficult to raise funding for a project, here are a few steps you need to take to raise funding.

1. Establish a solid plan from land purchase, site selection. till handover of the project to actual buyers.

2. Depending on the nature of the real estate project, either, residential, commercial etc. you neeg to get in line with top 10 brokers within the city, who are working in similar type of projects. 

3. What's their for the investor is the most important factor, and how much risk is involved is what you need to take care about. explain and handle this portion, not with words, but with solid written plan, along with some previous succeful examples incase you dont have it, your brokers will provide it . 

4. Perhaps a portion of investment if offered to the investor it will be much easier, e.g 20% or 50% as most  investors  dont want to enjoy 100% risk with associated with the project. 

5. What in their for you, Should be crystal clear and justified. 

Hence you can get funding easily in this way :)

being Well connected is the most important thing.
