For me all the above is co related to each other:-
(1) Knowledge: It is necessary for every one but before you get recruit in any reputed organization on any reputed post i think no one will really understand what knowledge you have. Only 5-10 question is not enough at time of interview.
(2) Experience: Yes it is also importent for people who got recruit on reputed post but experience is also never show your capability,strenght and hard working. Achievement/Award which usually people got by Today's Bosses complement,Praise, favour, cajoling, blarneying,silver-tongued, Honey-tongued, flattering, obsequious, ingratiating, sycophantic and unctuous.
(3) Reference: Now a days reference is playing a important role to get recruit by an employer.
(4) Fate: It is most important than anything.
May be you people/Employer are disagree on my view but what is reality in today's world that i explained above.
