Its very simple Select data go insert > Pivot Table.

short-cut. Select data the press ALT+N+V.

Click on the Insert menu and click the PivotTable/ ALt +N+V

Here you go,

Click-> Insert in the Menu Ribbon

Select Pivot Table under Tables

Select the Data Range and Click OK.
