I live in Luxembourg and want to make myself visible for employers in the Emirates. My problem is that I have the right skills (legal, compliance, banking experience) but it seems I am not noticed as I live so far away? How can I improve visibility?

I advice you to come in a visit visa to Dubai any time from September to March. if you have the skills above you will easily find the suitable position.

After trying many solution, it's obvious that a premium account here or in Linkedin improves your rank to recruiter (that's the sad reality of business). Try to set the appropriate alerts in order to apply to the best job matching exactly your skills or ambition as you may be busy to make your researches later and miss a good opportunity. Makes your technical skills as much as visible in your CV or Bayt profile and set the appropriate key search words (if necessary buy some) to let recruiters find you and you must know that employee from Lux are very demanded in banking field.
