To be honest, no company can survice without any experience folks.

We all are aware of the current world's economic situations. Sometimes, it makes it easy for the employers to hire fresh graduate, train them and mentor them to how the company need them to be. 

In the process, the company save a little bit of cost while the graduate learns lot of stuff on the job. This is more a win win situation. 

Again, there has be a healthy balance between experienced and the freshers. Else, this could turn out to be a real hard bargain

first to train them on the company  and inform them about the company system at the end they will be suitable to work in that company .

Freshers can be tuned easily and also less salary.

 

But freshers / experienced required depends upon the position or urgent.

fresh graduates have more potential to learn the company rather than the experienced because experienced persons always tries to learn according to their own terms and company will hire the fresh graduates on low salary

Mostly because Company can train them as per their requirement and another important reason is their is probability of long stay with the company....
