Because :

- We do not promote creativity

- We are not gifted enough

- We are not creatifs

- Our creation capabilities are limited

- Our immagination is restricted

- We neglect the details

- We do not do enough trials

- We do not do a good planning

- We do not give an image by reflection

- We do not do a good design

- Our reflection on the subject is not smart

- We burn some steps

- We want at all costs to reach the goal

We fall short of creativity because we tend to overthink and sometimes we lose focus on what is really the goal. I have seen marketers get off road because they want to come up with great thought, but they end up with some lousy presentations that often go beyond of what is asked from them, or sometimes these people are just not creative enough.

Fear of problems; the reaction to the problem is bigger than the problem its self.

It can't be done; this amounts to surrending even before starting or trying out something.

Learned helplessness; feeling that you don't have the knowledge, skills or tools & you may even fail to try.

What will people think or say; strong social pressure to conform & to be ordinary & not creative.

Fear of failure; failures along the way should be expected & accepted but try hard enough not to quit.

Every problem has one solution or right answer ; yet problems can be solved, minimised & elimimated in various ways.

Complexity; creative ideas & solutions are very complex, require alot of thinking, many resources & technology.

But i am not creative; everyone is creative in some or one way or the other, this feeling & attitude needs to be aroused

Some of us are conditioned from the childhood with lots of "No" "Don't". This led "within boundry" with short-sighted vision.

this might be because of diving in the details and ignoring the big picture. before you go in details in any subject/task you have to make sure you see the big picture first. In order to see the big picture you might need to know some details, go get them and come back to the main stream.

because of lack of confidence and beliving that everything creative has been created.

pledgerism syndrome

because our creative space has been cluttered and vision of what is appealing , creative or new is somewhat blurred by whats been done

it all comes down to the fear of failing or not being good enough
