As part of the management of a range of products, what are the main decisions to make?

Firstly, analyze potential risk and get the insurance to protect your business.

Now, to group your products accordingly and manage your warehouse.

Secondly, to market from your top most affordable products and aid it with ads by your top most necessity for the buying public, the product may be cheap but you'll be selling in huge quantity.

 

And I would also run analysis on production capacity and raw materials, ordering clients and dispatch of finished goods, profits and cost of expansion ideally this will come to mind.

 

I really hope to encounter this challenging experience, so help me God!
