Is there any way to import form layouts in C# ? And where can I get these layouts?

C# Windows Forms and consol App doesn't have the Layouts Conecpt anyway.

Thank you for the answer. I actually meant form skins/themes . I did'nt put the question correctly. And i figured how to import custom skins . Im looking for good skins for my forms. Can't seem to find any.
