At least let's list the TWENTY  traits first:

  1. A natural leader doesn’t necessarily intend to lead; others simply feel naturally compelled to follow. (Or put another way:  A natural leader doesn’t lead, he or she just is, and others just naturally follow.)
  2. A natural leader is inspired and inspiring, and often inspiring others to, themselves, be inspiring.
  3. A natural leader is the heart, rather than the head, of an organization, radiating both passion and love.
  4. A natural leader encourages rather than directs.
  5. A natural leader enables rather than the controls.
  6. A natural leader holds a deep and dynamic vision, rather than authority.
  7. A natural leader empowers rather than rewards.
  8. A natural leader is not a natural follower.
  9. A natural leader is confident, but not egotistical.
  10. A natural leader doesn’t dwell on problems, but rather is driven towards positive outcomes.

(i) Intelligence:

 

Good leaders should be intelligent enough to understand the context and content of their position and function, to grasp the dynamics of environmental variables, both internal and external, which affect their activities and to have a good perspective of the present and future dimensions of their organisation.

 

(ii) Personality:

 

This is not to be confused with physical appearance, though it is important. More than outward appearance, certain inner-personality qualities mark out good leaders from others. Such qualities include: emotional stability and maturity, self-confidence, decisiveness, strong drive, optimism, extrovertness, achievement orientation, purposefulness, discipline, skill in getting along with others, integrity in character and a tendency to be cooperative.

 

These qualities tend to help leaders to organise and coordinate human effort, to guide and motivate people in task situations, to make sound decisions, to achieve concrete results and goals, to resolve conflict and to manage organisational change.

 

(iii) Other qualities:

 

Apart from intelligence and personality attributes, good leaders also possess a few key qualities like open mindedness, scientific spirit, social sensitivity, ability to communicate, objectivity, an abiding interest in people, pragmatism and a sense of realism

Specializing in leadership reminds a lot of leadership qualities that must be met by the person who wants to exercise leadership and success in performance, notably:

1. influential catalyst and prompt

2. creative ideas and garish

3. ambitious and rational and emotional

4. coach and teacher

5. The power of intuition and expression and rhetoric

6. mental and emotional intelligence

7. His vision and strategic thinking

But we can say that there is a specific list can be considered (/) standard capabilities of existing or standard features in which each of the addresses to work co-leader:
