Customer View Point is also called CVP, while Cost - Volume - Profit called as CVP.

If customer View is encouraging, then volume of sales will increase and in the interest of the such customers who support the vlume increase, organisation can either reduce the cost or profit and no need to increase the selling price to improve the profit. value based organisation should think in this way rather focusing on improving the profit through Cost - Volume - Profit analysis.
