In responding to a frustrated customer's question, it's a good idea to immediately offer a solution (True or False)?

True if you can offer a solution, however if your customer feels you are truly working on finding a solution and satisfy his needs that  will put a bandage on the issue. However do find a solution ASAP and get back to your customer within 48 hours with an update.
