Which of the following fees are not not Shari'ah compliant?

The answer is C, D and E. Those three options are considered debt which we can't charge either interest or late fees on otherwise they will fall under Riba. 

 

For options (A) and (B), they are allowed in Islam. They are considered fees paid to certain experts (sales people or investment brokers) in exchange for specific benefits / services you get from them.
