I choose Operational Management as the area I would need to enhance and develop. With so much experience in the other areas, I slacked in my focus on OM simply because my field of work doesn't really require me to be expertly skilled at it. I would love to, however, advance in this skill for sure.

In other way, finance, operation and negotiations are coming under the study of leadership management, So, the best suite is leadership management for any new start up organizations  as other studies are also covering under it.
