The five competitive forces by Porter are:

- The entry of new competitors into the arena

- The threat from substitutes based on a different technology

- The bargaining power of buyers

- The bargaining power of suppliers

- Competition between the companies installed in the market.

the three basic strategies for improved website generic competitive power are:

- Leadership of cost

- Differentiation

- Competition on a point

- the risk of cost leadership

- the risk differentiation

- the risks of concentration

To achieve the leadership of the cost price, a society must keep its costs to a level infreieur than its competitors

To achieve differentiation, it should be able to offer something that is perceived as unique

By concentration on one point, a society focused on a specific group of buyers or a specific segment of a group of products or to specific geographical markets.
