How to make a staring circuit for generator on ATS circuit design?

The transfer switch has a dry contact consists of  two states Open and Close. A 20r 3 cable is available between ATS and Generator.When Transfer switch contact is close a relay on Generator side closes a contact for a brief period to start the Generator. When the ATS switch is Open , the relay on the generator side  closes  to stop the generatorfor a brief period
