If you suffer from cholesterol you eat egg whites only, while healthy people have no problem in eating eggs a day, and is best to prepare healthy ways such as boiled eggs and an omelet with vegetables

ONE EGGS DAILY IS GOOD IF YOU ARE NORMAL .

YOU CAN AVOID IT IN SOME DISEASES : Hepatitis A , Crown disease .

It is a source of lipids in total .

Chicken eggs are high in cholesterol, but the effect of egg consumption on blood cholesterol is minimal when compared with the effect of trans fats and saturated fats. Egg is a good source of protein, but high in cholesterol, especially the egg yolk. You must always think that everything in excess is not good, so eat moderately.

Egg have good nutritional value When deciding whether to include eggs in your diet, consider the recommended daily limits on cholesterol in your food:

If you like eggs but don't want the extra cholesterol, use only the egg whites. Egg whites contain no cholesterol. You may also use cholesterol-free egg substitutes, which are made with egg whites.

Eggs are so healthy that we shouldn't even discuss them. They have almost all micronutriens that we need, allong with good amount of easily absorbable protein. Studies have shown that they increase good cholesterol. I am 182 cm and 85kg, very active, and I consume around 10 whole eggs and over 50 egg whites a week. Never had any change in cholesterol level.

Egg is a good source of protein and minerals and is rich in the good cholesterol (HDL) ,so I strongly recommend eating eggs on daily basis
