Buyer's right or customer/consumer demands from a business are the following: - Reject defective goods and or the seller cannot perform waranty services within reasonably time - Sue for breach of contract - Revoke acceptance of goods if the buyer discovers latent defects - Seek a court order forcing the seller to deliver the goods (defends upon the performance) - Recover any extra expenses incurred for having purchase replacement of goods - Retain the rights to recover costs and expenses caused by a breach of contract/ warranty Hope this will help you. Thanks!
