Answer C is correct.KAIZEN.

The word is not only related to Quality itself but philosophy also.Humans are all Kaizen minded whether they stay in a remote island or in a densely populated metros.Families make improvements to their houses and themselves.

These happen due to incremental better changes continually.

Kaizen  is different from the sudden burst of improvement. e.g.unveiling of iphone etc.
