LSA2 is the network LSA generated by the DR in an area. LSA3 is the summary LSA generated by the ABR of an area, and sent to the other connected area. Note that LSA3 is the mix of LSA1 (router LSA, generated by all routers) and LSA2 (network LSA, generated only by the DR) of one area. LSA3 = LSA1 + LSA2
