How can we find investors for our creative business idea of publication and advertising?

The first step would be to develop a well defined business plan and growth strategy. Investors need to see the potential and returns associated with the business. Funding can be obtained from several avenues such as peer-to-peer lending websites, VC fund incubators and high net worth individuals. Note that securing funding is a challenging and competitive process. It takes time, effort and determination.

Investors are everywhere, you just need to find them and pitch your business to them in the right way. You can have one investor who can provide funding for your whole project or you can do that through multiple investors with less shares. I have a big network of investors from different countries and also a network of entrepreneurs and I've matched many of them before on successful partnership deals. I'm also on the look out always for more investors and more entrepreneurs. This is venture capital and it's one of my passions and key areas of expertise. 

There is no any theory or strategy to find out investors as it required for the Globe in several concerns, the only way to find out by your own way for your creative business. There are investors forums and groups but no benefit rather than wasting time, no one will invest and there are no any investors by profession, everyone could be an investor if he has money.

I am looking for one investor last two years with various global companies and business consultancy office but until now no one is ready for a real estate project. it is one of the very hard deal in businesses.
