I think instead of asking them to join any course or school, you must conduct personality development and customer service skills session weekly using power point and personal training. Review their performance every 3 months and provide feedback accordingly.  If you think you cant do this at least hire an expert in this domain for your company. Hope this helps!

Relational Leadership.first of all you are as head of customer service department need to be "" He is always there whenever we need him and, I mean, he knows his job, he knows it well . . .I think he gives us a lot of room to grow and learn from each other, not in a negative way or calling or yelling in public like some of them do – who will embarrass you, putting you aside.""after that ( at the second phase)  you have to give your employees some courses in communications of leadership skills based on dialoge communication practices.because the dialogue means: you have to talk WITH people, not TO them.Best Regards

The First aspect which is required is patience level which is one of the most important thing, One has to have the patience to listen to the quires of the customer. The next thing is giving an clear reply to the quiry asked and findingout whether the customer is satisfied by the answer.
