How to do a "while you were out" telephone message e-mail form in outlook ?

There are special Outlook Hotmail mobile apps can be downloaded for mobile, hitting messages, as well as so it can access the e-mail account in the browsers and see the messages

For me I will use automatic replies. be opening ms outlook application, click file, from there you can see automatic replies option. And then you are going to write your messages.

Just downloaded “While You Were Out” template for Word document, from the link blow:http://office.microsoft.com/en-us/templates/while-you-were-out-template-for-outlook-TC.aspx?AxInstalled=1&c=0

Then load it into Outlook by following steps:

1. Create a new message, copy and pasted Word document into it2. File – Save as – dropdown list of Save as type, choice Outlook Template Note: If the format is not correct, please adjust it first and then save it again.3. Just double-click the template if you want to use it.

There are various apps that can be used... Outlook for Android is a very powerful email app. Blackberry can be used as well but their hardware isn't the most reliable. iOS has outlook apps available in the app store as well. The choice are up to the user in terms of the preferred device.

It depends on the type of your phone, but most of the devices only require to adjust the account setting & add your Outlook email with the type of it (imap or pop)
