What is the key to write creative movie script?

Good question. I would say, be willing to first be honest with what you want to express in your story, just write,  don't worry about the technicalities.  However after that you need to be willing to rewrite it a lot. It has to be clear for anyone to later be able to recreate it on screen.

It really depends on the image in your mind and the story you would like to tell.
