During orientation (which I know is part of every organization for new members), introduce yourself to everyone and try to memorize their name. Then greet them every morning when you get to work and before you leave the office. Try to start a casual conversation which can be both work or non-work related. Be friendly and approachable at all times.

In addition to Loraine's answer which I agree with, I would like to say that you should:

1. Meet them for discussion

2. Share backrounds

3. Listen to them

4. Be a team member !

Thank You
