In my own opinion, admin jobs refers to the jobs designated to you in an admin division, like it is presented or given to you in details, section by section, like taking care of the records of the employees,updating files, filing them in a designated areas. while administration jobs these are jobs offered generally in the whole administartion division which comprises of all the detailed jobs in the admin.
