I studied Biology (Edu) in my 1st degree & then proceeded to study Edu psychology at Master level. As a psychologist, can I still teach Biology?

I believe that Biology & Psychology are interrelated subjects. When I studied Psychology as a sub-major, I had to study a long chapter titled "Biological Basis of Psychology".
