Recruitment has always been toughest task considering the fact that if we fail to hire the right people for the right job at the right position. Bad hiring cost and struggling to find again for the same position has great impact on business  hence, as per my opinion there is no as such short cut but if we take care on the following points, i expect the result will be positive.
