your account is charged for Facebook ads when the total cost of all the ads in your account hits a certain amount . & when you constantly hit the button threshold, Facebook raise the threshold limit for you , so your account is charged less often. anyway your account will be billed whether you have a billing threshold or not.
If you have a billing threshold, your account is charged when you reach your billing threshold and at the end of the month. You'll still accrue charges for ads until you turn the ad off.
